Role Overview
The company is looking for a creative, strategic social media professional to oversee its social channels and build a stronger digital presence for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement social media plans aimed at improving reach, visibility, and audience engagement.
- Handle the company’s official profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Design and maintain a monthly posting calendar that supports marketing priorities.
- Produce, schedule, and manage content such as graphics, reels, videos, and stories.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Track comments, direct messages, and overall engagement, then respond appropriately.
- Review performance metrics, compile reports, and refine campaigns for stronger results.
- Keep up with changing social media trends, platform algorithms, and new tools.
- Work closely with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
- Solid knowledge of how platform algorithms and content trends work.
- Practical experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Comfort with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or comparable software.
- Strong skills in writing, communication, and day-to-day organization.
- Ability to work across multiple platforms independently and deliver within deadlines.
