Role Summary

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead social media planning and execution for a full-time position based in Jaipur, India. The role involves shaping, running, and monitoring social campaigns that improve brand awareness and audience interaction. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setup.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage social media activity to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the brand voice and goals.
• Create communication that is clear, compelling, and suitable for each platform.
• Track social media performance, review metrics, and refine campaigns based on results.
• Use scheduling and analytics tools to organize publishing and measure outcomes.
• Apply strong attention to detail, creativity, and organization while managing multiple tasks.

Required Profile

• Good knowledge of social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO).
• Proven ability to build and execute content plans.
• Strong writing and communication skills for brand-focused messaging.
• Comfort with analyzing performance data and making improvements accordingly.
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Previous exposure to social media or digital marketing work is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
