About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at Fitness First Germany, you will play a key role in expanding and engaging our social media presence. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help develop compelling content ideas and innovative social media concepts, ensuring sustainable growth of our channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create imaginative content concepts and social media strategies to enhance the visibility and growth of Fitness First's social media platforms.
• Organize and oversee content production, including coordinating video shoots and collaborating closely with creators and internal teams.
• Analyze social media channel performance data to extract insights, formulate actionable recommendations, and continuously refine social media strategy.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and creatively apply them to promote the Fitness First brand.
• Contribute original ideas to further evolve and improve our social media presence.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of professional experience in social media, or demonstrate successful personal social media projects or channels.
• Have a passion for social media, with an aptitude for identifying trends early and a keen sense for high-impact content.
• Be rich in creative ideas while maintaining a strategic mindset.
• Be organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Approach work analytically, able to derive insights from data and develop specific action plans.
• Be communicative, open, and enjoy collaborating with a variety of people, including creators, colleagues, and external partners.
• Exhibit strong team spirit, take personal responsibility, and demonstrate a proactive hands-on attitude.
