Role Overview

We're in search of an AI-native social media professional to lead Aion’s presence on LinkedIn, X, and other key platforms. This isn't a conventional social media job; you will work alongside company leadership to identify impactful trends around AI, enterprise tech, startups, and venture capital, crafting content and insights that amplify Aion’s brand and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Aion’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and related channels
• Create and manage the editorial calendar for company content
• Track AI sector news, research, product launches, funding rounds, and industry dynamics
• Spot opportunities for Aion leadership to engage in relevant conversations
• Compose posts, threads, commentaries, and thought leadership content for executives and company platforms
• Collaborate with design teams for producing graphics, carousels, videos, and visual assets
• Assist in promoting conferences, events, and speaking engagements
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content approaches
• Develop processes enabling swift response to key developments within the AI ecosystem

Qualifications & Requirements

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset willing to experiment and move quickly beyond traditional marketing methods
• Deep knowledge of AI, venture capital, startups, technology, and enterprise software landscapes
• Ability to rapidly grasp company positioning, competitive environments, and industry narratives
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation, monitoring, research, and workflow automation
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities
• Strong intuition for creating relevant, engaging, and shareable content
• Proven experience managing social media accounts on LinkedIn and X, including executive profiles
• Skill to simplify complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Highly organized and comfortable operating within dynamic, fast-paced settings
