About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will shape and grow the online presence of artists at GOLDBERG Entertainment Group AG in Cologne. The position focuses on building reach, increasing engagement, and presenting the artists’ brand in a credible and appealing way across major social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine the social media presence.
- Create strategies and campaign concepts aimed at expanding reach and boosting engagement.
- Plan, create, and execute tailored content schedules for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Take ownership of channel management for the artists’ social media accounts.
- Guide and improve the performance of the social channels through ongoing optimization.
- Review content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Track trends and new developments across social networks.
- Work closely with artists and the management team to ensure an authentic public image.
- Coordinate external partners such as photographers, videographers, and graphic designers.
- Manage and moderate artist communities across social media.
- Strengthen fan interaction and support long-term community relationships.
Candidate Profile
- You should hold a completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Management, or a similar qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media is required, preferably in the artist or entertainment sector.
- You need a solid understanding of how major social platforms work, including their algorithms and distribution mechanisms.
- Creativity and a strong eye for visually engaging, authentic content are essential.
- Experience with analytics tools and the ability to draw practical recommendations from performance data is expected.
- You should be able to work independently, stay structured, organize tasks well, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills are required.
