Main Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with social media channels to represent the Hoyer brand effectively.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and guidelines for various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the social media team to plan campaigns, create editorial content, and ensure cohesive efforts.
• Focus on B2B marketing by translating complex topics related to energy and the SME sector into appealing content targeted at our B2B customers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data with the marketing team, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reporting on social media initiatives’ outcomes to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• A completed degree or equivalent vocational training in marketing, social media, or community management.
• Preferably prior experience managing social media channels independently.
• A creative flair for content creation, comfortable working in front of or behind the camera (photo/video), and producing engaging posts to complement content creators.
• Strong affinity for B2B marketing with a keen interest in presenting complex products and services in an exciting manner.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Brandwatch, and YouTrack, with skills in video and photo editing.
• Knowledgeable about legal requirements, especially concerning copyright and data protection regulations.
• Excellent command of German language (spelling and expression), with good English skills being advantageous.
