  • Oversee influencer agencies to ensure alignment with briefs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with creators, agencies, and teams to develop native, credible, and engaging content meeting brand safety and business goals.
  • Create programs integrating paid, organic, earned, and creator-driven storytelling with media and social teams to optimize asset use.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments, emerging formats, and influencer best practices, fostering relationships with platform and creator ecosystem partners to seize new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks with data and agency teams, analyzing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Manage budgets for influencer fees, production, agencies, amplification, and rights, coordinating with marketing operations, finance, legal, and business affairs to ensure compliance and budget adherence.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in influencer, creator, social media, consumer, or brand marketing at a recognized consumer brand or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with strong quantitative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencers' role and platform-specific nuances in brand marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering innovative influencer campaigns that enhance brand impact and business metrics.
  • Experience leading comprehensive influencer marketing programs within large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Expertise in leveraging influencer content for paid, organic, earned media, and performance marketing.
  • Skilled in developing creator briefs, talent strategies, content review protocols, and campaign playbooks.
  • Keen understanding of cultural trends, social behavior, and maintaining brand safety and values in influencer engagements.
  • Experience in influencer content creation and blending paid/organic strategies effectively.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage external creative and media agencies directly.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for presentations to executive leadership.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams, locations, and functions.
