Overview

We are seeking a dependable and imaginative Social Media Manager to strengthen the online visibility of several businesses, including automotive and local service brands. This role focuses on content publishing, customer engagement, marketplace listings, and reputation management across major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and publish Facebook Marketplace listings, then keep them updated.
Plan and post regular content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and similar channels.
Handle direct messages and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
Design simple promotional graphics, videos, and other marketing assets.
Monitor and manage online reviews and brand reputation.
Support growth in followers, engagement, and incoming leads.

Required Profile

Prior experience handling social media accounts.
Comfort using Facebook Marketplace and online marketing tools.
Ability to create basic graphics, with Canva preferred.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Well-organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Background working with automotive businesses, tire shops, rentals, or other local businesses is an advantage.

Role Details

Remote setup.
Available as part-time or full-time, depending on fit.
