About the Role
At 4KMEDIA, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of strategizing and executing social media campaigns for diverse client accounts. This position demands a performance-oriented mindset, structured planning, and a results-driven approach. Collaboration with designers, video editors, and marketing teams is essential to ensure consistent content workflow, optimization of growth metrics, and precise reporting. Candidates must demonstrate accountability, organizational skills, and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content calendars that align with client goals, considering platform-specific formats and trends to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
- Create compelling captions and clear calls to action; coordinate with graphic designers and video editors by providing detailed content briefs; ensure content quality prior to publishing.
- Manage audience interaction by overseeing comments, messages, and engagements, preserving a professional brand voice, monitoring sentiment, and escalating issues when needed.
- Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation; deliver structured weekly updates and comprehensive monthly reports using analytics tools like Zoho Social to drive performance improvements.
- Provide support for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns by aligning organic and paid strategies, leveraging data insights to recommend optimizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 1 to 3 years of direct social media management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven capability managing brand presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines is preferred, although a strong portfolio may substitute formal education.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with adaptability to suit various brand tones.
- Practical experience with social media management platforms such as Zoho Social for publishing, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and produce structured reports.
Desirable Additional Skills
- Proficiency in Instagram and LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Canva for basic graphic design tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline to work remotely.
- An analytical approach with attention to data and performance.
