Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Role Overview

Finch is looking for a skilled Social Media Account Executive to join its expanding agency team at the Doha, Qatar office. The successful candidate will be the direct liaison for social media clients, responsible for fostering strong client relationships, devising and implementing social media strategies, and creating monthly content calendars. This role demands close collaboration with internal creative teams to guarantee the punctual and quality delivery of content across multiple platforms.

Key Duties

• Act as the primary contact for clients managing social media accounts
• Develop and present content schedules that align with clients’ branding goals
• Produce captivating content suitable for various platforms in both Arabic and English
• Cooperate with designers, writers, and editors to ensure content is delivered on time
• Manage content scheduling and publishing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
• Track and analyze social media performance utilizing analytics tools
• Keep abreast of the latest social media platform trends, best practices, and changes in algorithms
• Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• At least three years of experience in social media management or content coordination
• Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms and their content types
• Proficiency in creating and adapting content fluently in Arabic and English
• Prior experience at an agency is highly desirable
• Strong communication, client service, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Holder of a valid Qatar Residency Permit
