Role Overview
The Social Media Insights Analyst in the Health and Pharma sector will utilize social media data to generate clear, impactful insights that demonstrate the influence of social channels on brand performance. This fast-paced remote role demands a balance of independence and teamwork, requiring strong analysis skills and adaptability to evolving tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor emerging trends, best practices, and developments in digital marketing within regulated industries such as Health/Pharma and Banking.
- Aggregate and format large datasets from multiple social media platforms while ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
- Create detailed workbooks and documentation to support analytical endeavors, delivering actionable insights beyond basic reports.
- Develop polished reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and uphold ICUC’s brand standards.
- Engage in quality control, data management, and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance ICUC's Insights & Analytics capabilities.
- Support business growth and revenue efforts through ad-hoc insight requests and strategic initiatives.
Performance Indicators
- Deliver 100% of assigned reports monthly, maintaining a 99% on-time completion rate.
- Participate in at least 95% of team meetings, contributing knowledge and supporting collaboration.
- Complete required internal training courses and voluntarily undertake two additional relevant courses per quarter.
- Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate in reporting by actively monitoring and resolving data discrepancies.
- Introduce at least one process improvement per quarter to optimize workflows and insights delivery.
- Contribute to two or more specialized requests quarterly aimed at revenue growth or marketing support.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of experience in social media analytics with proven expertise using social listening tools.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, and Khoros.
- Skilled at conveying complex social media insights to diverse audiences.
- Motivated team player with strong communication and collaborative capabilities.
- Experience ensuring data accuracy, producing high-quality analysis and reports.
- Effective multitasker who consistently meets quality standards.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing complex datasets to identify meaningful trends and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to create visually engaging presentations; graphic design experience is advantageous.
- Proficient with spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attentive listener who accurately interprets client requirements to deliver aligned results.
Additional Requirements
- Access to a computer meeting minimum system specifications suitable for remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum 30 Mbps speed.
- Functional headset, microphone, and webcam for clear virtual communication.
- Fluent English communication skills both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
