Job description

About the Brand

The company values inclusion, self-expression, non-judgment, and individuality. Its culture is built around boldness, determination, courage, and bravery, with a strong appreciation for people’s differences as well as what they share in common.

Role Overview

Moose Knuckles is seeking a well-organized, culturally aware, and creatively minded junior Intern or Freelance Coordinator to support its Social & Influencer team over the summer, with a possible extension into early fall. This is a part-time, on-site position in New York City, scheduled for three days a week from Tuesday through Thursday. It is well suited to early-career talent who follows internet culture closely, has refined creative judgment, and wants to build experience in fashion, social media, and influencer marketing.

You will partner with the Director of Social & Influencer on daily workflow, creator partnerships, content coordination, and social media support. The work combines creative contribution with operational execution, including product shipments, creator communication, talent research, and content organization across platforms.

Influencer and Creator Support

  • Contribute to influencer and creator seeding efforts across important markets.
  • Discover emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent who fit the brand’s image and positioning.
  • Handle product gifting coordination, shipping details, and follow-up on deliveries.
  • Assist with lookbook distribution, product selection, sizing requests, and creator confirmations.
  • Monitor deliverables, posting schedules, and overall campaign progress.
  • Keep influencer databases, gifting trackers, and contact records well organized and up to date.

Social Media Support

  • Help organize and load content into social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Support daily social operations, including content uploads, scheduling support, and asset organization.
  • Contribute ideas and assistance toward content development.
  • Research current formats, creators, sounds, and platform-specific concepts that are gaining traction.
  • Support community engagement and social listening when needed.

Operations and Coordination

  • Assist with shipping and logistics for influencer gifting, PR packages, and content-related initiatives.
  • Support shoots, events, and creator activations whenever required.

Who This Role Is For

This opportunity is intended for students, recent graduates, or junior freelance talent with relevant experience. Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or fashion, including internships.
