Social Media Executive - Saudi Arabia (Remote)

About the Role

Justlife is seeking a Social Media Executive based in Saudi Arabia to fully own and manage the brand's social media presence within the Kingdom. This remote, full-time role is responsible for creating an Arabic-first localized content strategy, coordinating influencer campaigns, and organizing video shoots across Saudi Arabia to enhance engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar specifically for the KSA market, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand goals.
• Lead influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach through to live execution, managing the creator relationships throughout.
• Oversee and coordinate video shoots on location within Saudi Arabia, including briefing, selecting crew, managing locations, and delivering final content output.
• Localize and adapt the central brand messaging making it resonate authentically with the Saudi audience, primarily female demographic.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including branding, marketing, design, copywriting, and social teams in the UAE to ensure cohesive communication and brand consistency.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, demonstrating real ownership beyond basic posting.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong skills in writing original Arabic content tailored to the Saudi audience.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam) with the ability to travel across the Kingdom for on-ground shoots.
• Familiarity with all aspects of video shoot production - brief preparation, crew coordination, location scouting, and overseeing final deliverables.
• A good understanding of trends, formats, and tones that drive engagement within the Saudi social media landscape.
• Highly autonomous and motivated with the ability to take initiatives and execute social media strategies end-to-end.
• Preferred but not mandatory: skills in video shooting and editing, graphic design, and experience creating content targeted at predominantly female communities.
