This position is for a creative and performance-focused Social Media Executive in Abu Dhabi with a tourism and hospitality destination. The role centers on managing social channels, strengthening audience interaction, supporting digital campaigns, and helping shape the brand’s online presence. Core responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts on social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn according to the content calendar.
  • Work closely with designers and videographers to make sure visual materials are delivered on time.
  • Create clear, engaging captions and hashtags in both English and Arabic that match the brand voice.
  • Handle comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional way.
  • Pass sensitive customer or service-related queries to the sales team when needed.
  • Interact with followers and relevant online communities to help build a positive brand image.
  • Measure social media performance using indicators like reach, engagement, shares, comments, and follower growth.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for the Social Media Manager, including insights and improvement ideas.
  • Keep track of new trends, hashtags, and platform changes.
  • Support both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Assist with influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, seasonal content, and new content formats.

Education and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline is required. The company is looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience handling social media accounts, ideally in a brand or agency environment.

Additional requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills, a strong sense of tone and detail, and familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. A basic understanding of analytics is important. Creativity, organization, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are key. Basic design or video editing knowledge in tools such as Canva or CapCut will be considered an advantage.
