About the Role
Connect Infosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Executive at an entry-level to enhance their digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish captivating content across social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Support in the strategizing and implementation of social media campaigns.
- Craft creative captions, hashtags, and descriptions for posts.
- Oversee social media interactions, responding to comments and messages as needed.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and current topics.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging posts and short videos.
- Manage scheduling of content utilizing social media management software.
- Monitor social media metrics and compile basic analytical reports.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and foster community engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Innovative mindset with an appreciation for design and brand aesthetics.
- Fundamental proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Awareness of Instagram Reels, Facebook features, LinkedIn functions, and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
- Effective organizational and time management capabilities.
- Enthusiastic about learning and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
