About the Role
Aara Education Consultancy is seeking an imaginative and self-driven Social Media Executive to oversee and enhance its digital footprint. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating content, driving engagement, and supporting the company’s marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the company’s presence on social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and distribute a variety of engaging posts such as reels, videos, and stories to captivate the audience.
- Strategize and implement campaigns and promotional activities across social media platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative content initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and compile detailed monthly reports.
- Handle inbound social media communications and interact professionally with followers.
- Provide support for webinars, events, and broader business development and marketing projects.
- Contribute to SEO and content marketing efforts when needed.
- Carry out other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Between one to three years of experience in social media management or related digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Basic skills in tools such as Canva, video editing software, and social media management platforms.
- Creative mindset combined with organizational abilities and adherence to deadlines.
- Prior experience in the education industry is favorable but not mandatory.
