About the Studio
P&G Fabric Care is creating an internal studio built to produce modern, fast-moving creative for major brands such as Tide, Gain, Downy, Bounce, and others. The team is focused on delivering stronger, quicker, platform-specific work for digital commerce, paid media, social content, and performance marketing. The goal is to build a creative system that keeps pace with culture and turns brand strategy into engaging short-form video, social ads, and native storytelling that resonates with audiences in real time.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making content, experimenting, learning quickly, and helping well-known brands perform effectively on social platforms.
About the Role
The Social Media Designer is a social-first creative professional with experience in short-form video, paid social creative, motion design, and platform-native storytelling. The work will span TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Amazon, and other digital channels. The position blends design, content creation, performance marketing, communication, and trend awareness.
You will create social graphics, motion pieces, thumbnails, short-form videos, paid ad assets, and modular creative versions that can be tested and improved over time. The role requires speed, flexibility, and comfort adapting creative for different placements while using performance insights to refine results. It is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys actively making content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce social-first graphics, motion elements, thumbnails, and short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon.
- Create content that feels native to each platform while staying aligned with brand voice, campaign direction, social trends, and audience behavior.
- Edit energetic video assets using captions, transitions, sound, effects, motion treatment, and fast-cut storytelling.
- Develop paid social creatives in static, carousel, motion, and video formats for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and related digital channels.
- Build multiple creative versions for A/B testing, rapid iteration, and ongoing performance improvement.
- Use campaign and content performance data to strengthen creative outcomes.
- Track TikTok, Reels, Shorts, creator styles, audio trends, and new social behaviors to inspire fresh ideas.
- Contribute to content calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer programs, and creator partnerships.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, media teams, and brand stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns.
- Help establish repeatable creative workflows for social and paid media that support testing, learning, optimization, and scale.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience as a digital graphic designer, with experience in e-commerce platforms and social platform specifications.
- A portfolio with a strong social media focus that demonstrates design quality, storytelling, problem solving, and technical skill.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback and collaborate across functions.
- Comfort in a fast-changing environment, along with a growth mindset and a willingness to keep learning.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing tools.
- Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Amazon Ads, and similar platforms.

Compensation and Employment Details
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Cincinnati General Offices.
The stated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $122,200 per year. Compensation may vary based on factors such as office location, role, degree or credentials, relevant skills, and experience. Total rewards may also include salary, bonus if applicable, and benefits.
