The practice works from locations in Hagen, Hamburg, Berlin, and Cologne, with a team of around 60 colleagues covering the full range of architectural and planning services. In Hamburg, current projects include the refurbishment of the Finanzbehörde at Gänsemarkt, the Kulturpalast Harburg, and several educational buildings.

Role Overview

This full-time permanent position is based in Hamburg and focuses on architectural planning with BIM capability. The role is suited to someone who can contribute to complex public-sector projects while helping to improve digital workflows and project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan demanding construction projects valued between €5 million and €50 million, mainly in the public sector.
• Develop and maintain BIM-ready 3D models using ArchiCAD.
• Advance internal BIM procedures and create practical guidelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and in a cost-conscious manner.

Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in building construction projects within the DACH region.
• Confident use of CAD, Solibri, bimcollab zoom, and MS365.
• Membership in the Hamburg Chamber of Architects is an advantage.
