Role overview

This part-time position is for someone who can keep social channels organized and consistent across multiple ventures by working with existing content, maintaining publishing discipline, and making sure the right material goes out on the right platform at the right time. The company already has plenty of raw material, including street interview videos for Bridgit, launch event photos, partnership announcements, recorded book launch speech clips, and LinkedIn posts that can be adapted for other channels. What is needed is a person who can turn all of that into a reliable content flow and keep everything moving on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and potentially additional channels across several brands, including Y·US Ventures, Bridgit, ForwardMedia, The Backstage, and others.
  • Edit and schedule pre-existing content such as short videos, photos, and text-based posts.
  • Create and update a shared content calendar for all accounts.
  • Spot content gaps early and request fresh material before timelines slip.
  • Adapt one piece of content for multiple platforms, such as turning a LinkedIn post into an Instagram story or a TikTok clip.
  • Set up and launch Bridgit’s TikTok presence.
  • Use platform and algorithm awareness to decide what works best, where, and when to publish.
  • Protect a voice that feels authentic, personal, and human rather than corporate or overly polished.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of social media strategy, not just scheduling tools.
  • Prior experience handling several brands or accounts at the same time.
  • Comfort with short-form video editing, including trimming clips, adding captions, and applying basic formatting.
  • Strong judgment for maintaining a personal, human tone throughout content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close day-to-day supervision.
  • Availability within European or North American time zones.

What this is not

  • A role centered on writing thought-leadership content from scratch.
  • A high-frequency posting job that requires publishing three times a day on every platform.
  • A junior internship; the team is looking for someone who has done this work before and understands what performs well.

Work details

This is a part-time remote role of approximately 10 hours per week. The expected start is as soon as possible.
