About the Role
A thriving fitness and corporate wellness firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on fitness programs, wellness consulting, and corporate wellness services, is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Specialist. This role demands creativity and practical execution skills to elevate the brand presence across key social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit engaging social media content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Capture and create short video formats including Reels, Stories, and content from events.
- Physically attend fitness classes and events in Riyadh to document them through photos and videos.
- Transform briefs and campaign concepts into compelling, branded social media output.
- Assist in content scheduling, writing, and adapting captions to match brand voice.
- Design social media graphics, event visual materials, presentations, and diverse digital assets.
- Maintain and manage organized content libraries and editable design files, adapting existing content for different formats and channels.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient with professional design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Procreate.
- Experienced in video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
- Background in fitness, wellness, sports, health, lifestyle, hospitality, personal training, or event management.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to independently manage responsibilities after direction; comfortable engaging onsite with clients and teams.
- Resides in Riyadh with reliable transportation to attend onsite filming and events.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Compensation and Work Setup
- Salary: SAR 8,000 monthly.
- Hybrid work arrangement combining onsite filming/event coverage in Riyadh and remote editing, design, and scheduling.
- Ownership of creative content in a rapidly growing wellness company, with opportunities to build an extensive portfolio in fitness, wellness, and event content.
