Role Overview

This position invites individuals passionate about social media and writing, with a knack for engaging audiences online. Candidates should be open to working flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to North American Central Time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and respond to user comments on various client social media channels, maintaining their distinct brand voices.
• Create compelling, engaging content that encourages conversations and enhances user interaction.
• Maintain a respectful and safe environment within online communities aligned with clients’ guidelines.
• Report significant issues, trends, or insights to the internal team when necessary.
• Immerse in clients’ brand strategies, tones, and target audiences to provide an authentic extension of their voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in English, including spelling, grammar, and cultural sensitivity.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and audience engagement.
• Ability to tailor writing styles to fit various brand voices and diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook; account access may be required based on client needs.
• Comfort engaging with content across multiple topics including technology, retail, food and hospitality, tourism, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organizational abilities, reliability, and customer service orientation.
• Access to dependable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.

Working Hours

• Shift options include 8AM–4PM, 4PM–12AM, and 12AM–8AM North American Central Time.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is necessary.

Benefits and Compensation

• This role is fully remote from the start and ongoing.
• The hourly salary ranges from $14.42 to $17.13 USD, determined by factors such as location, experience, and skills.
