Job description
About the Company
Seattle Advertising is a full-service creative marketing agency focused on building brands that connect with people and drive action. The team works with founders, startups, and established companies to develop content for social channels, print, digital platforms, and more.
Role Overview
This opening is for a Content Producer to join a client social media pod and take ownership of the production side of content creation. It is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone quick, instinctive, and highly familiar with how content works across different formats. You will partner closely with an Account Lead to turn client strategy into short-form video, static design, written copy, and campaign messaging.
Core Work
- Build and maintain content calendars with the internal team.
- Write copy for posts, campaigns, email, and SMS/text messaging.
- Create short-form video and visual assets for social platforms.
- Work with designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver content.
- Review performance data, support community management, and refine content based on insights and feedback.
- Contribute fresh ideas for formats and creative concepts that can improve engagement and reach.
What Success Looks Like
The ideal person is proactive and does not need constant direction to know what strong content looks like. They bring sound judgment, speed, and creative instincts to every task.
Detailed Responsibilities
In this role, you will produce Reels, TikTok, and Story content, including editing, captioning, and publishing. You will also create static graphics that match each client’s brand identity, write copy for social posts and campaign messaging, manage deadlines across as many as 12 client accounts, and ensure consistent brand voice, visual quality, and delivery standards. Staying informed on platform trends, content formats, and algorithm changes will be important, as will adapting quickly to feedback without slowing down production.
Candidate Profile
You should bring at least 2 years of content creation experience, ideally in-house or at an agency, along with a portfolio that shows both video and static work. Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting are expected. You should be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and short-form editing tools, and have a sharp eye for design and brand tone. The role also calls for strong organization, communication, and reliability when handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content is important, and email marketing platform experience is a plus.
