About the Role

L'OYÉ Cosmetics is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a creative Social Media Content Creator with strong photography skills to join their team. This role is based at the headquarters in Eindhoven and requires working 32-40 hours weekly onsite. The ideal candidate will transform the brand's visual identity into captivating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily, brand-aligned content including short-form videos, reels, photos, and story formats for social media channels.
• Develop innovative, recognizable visual concepts that reflect L'OYÉ's brand identity.
• Capture product images and behind-the-scenes moments, transforming them into compelling videos.
• Support visual branding efforts for both organic and paid campaigns.
• Plan and produce creative formats aimed at community growth.
• Analyze content performance, applying insights specifically within the beauty and fashion sectors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a content creator, social media creative, or visual designer, preferably within beauty or fashion industries.
• Proficient in videography with foundational photography skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, or comparable software tools.
• Excellent sense of trends, lighting, color, and composition with the ability to seamlessly embody the L'OYÉ style.
• Proactive, agile in fast-paced environments, and thrives in creative settings.
• Possesses a portfolio demonstrating substantial visual impact.

Work Environment

• Full-time commitment of 32-40 hours per week based exclusively at the Eindhoven headquarters.
• Remote work is not supported due to the studio and collaborative nature of the position.
