Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Dublin City Centre with a salary range of €30,000 to €35,000. The position suits a creative professional who enjoys producing attention-grabbing social content and knows how to connect with audiences across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
You will join a well-known Dublin-based organisation and help shape its public presence through photo, video, and community-focused content. The role is highly hands-on and involves working in lively, real-world settings rather than being desk-bound, with regular involvement in events, activations, and campaign activity.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will have room to contribute ideas, take ownership of content output, and support a visible consumer-facing brand in building engagement online.
What you will do
- Produce and share engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Shoot, edit, and post short-form video pieces.
- Cover events and activations through photography and video.
- Contribute original ideas for content and social media campaigns.
- Track online trends and turn timely opportunities into reactive content.
- Interact with followers and help strengthen online communities.
- Design visuals and graphics using Canva or comparable tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outside partners to deliver content.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will already have experience making social-first content and be comfortable working across major consumer platforms. Strong visual instincts, clear writing skills, and confidence with short-form video editing are important.
You should be proactive, self-driven, and full of ideas, with a genuine interest in social media, digital culture, and emerging trends. A strong eye for storytelling through images and video is essential.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary in the range of €30,000 to €35,000, depending on experience.
- Permanent, full-time employment.
- Scope for creative independence and ownership of content.
- Opportunity to contribute to exciting events and campaigns.
- Supportive, team-oriented working environment.
- Strong potential to grow a career in content creation.
