About the Role

Linzi Shoes is a UK fashion footwear label recognised for stylish, high-quality products. The business is expanding its social media presence and is looking for a creative, detail-focused content creator to support the Social Media Team. This opportunity suits someone who is highly active on TikTok and Instagram, enjoys working both behind and in front of the camera, and can produce content that boosts reach, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager to help shape the Linzi Shoes brand across digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, film, edit, and schedule polished video and image content for social posts, Reels, TikTok, and paid social campaigns.
  • Create content with strong opening hooks and tailor it to perform well on each platform.
  • Come up with fresh content ideas that reflect brand goals, campaign needs, and current social trends.
  • Take part in weekly planning and idea-sharing sessions, bringing forward what is trending that week.
  • Join content shoots and events, including filming, styling, and on-camera involvement when needed.
  • Produce and edit several pieces of short-form content every week while keeping quality consistently high.
  • Contribute to social media growth, engagement, and overall content performance targets.
  • Track social trends, competitor activity, and new content styles as they emerge.
  • Adapt content strategy for TikTok and Instagram based on how each platform works.
  • Help the Social Media & Content Manager with daily content and social media tasks.
  • Keep content assets organised and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain a premium visual standard so the videography, editing, and imagery reflect the quality of Linzi Shoes.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation, with clear evidence of strong social media capability and enthusiasm.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates high-quality videography and editing work.
  • Comfort using Canva or, ideally, Adobe tools, along with proven graphic design ability, including creating graphics.
  • Hands-on experience using an iPhone camera and professional camera equipment.
  • Working knowledge of CapCut, Instagram editing tools, and TikTok.
  • Ability to write engaging captions and strong attention-grabbing hooks.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and how algorithms influence performance.
  • Familiarity with production workflows, including support during content shoots.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and well organised.
  • Proactive thinker who uses initiative.
  • Fashion-conscious, confident, and able to present both yourself and the brand well.
  • Interest in shoes and current fashion trends.
  • Quick on your feet, imaginative, and able to generate ideas spontaneously.
  • Capable of delivering a steady amount of quality content each week.
  • Able to meet content deadlines and campaign timelines.
  • Willing to support engagement, reach, and growth goals across social channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person role in Romford, England, United Kingdom. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Bank Holidays are off. The start date is ASAP.
