About Vida Del Padel

Vida Del Padel is a rapidly expanding UK padel lifestyle brand focused on community, culture, and connection. More than simply a sports venue, the brand creates design-forward social spaces influenced by Spain’s energy and spirit, where people come together both on and off the court.

As the business grows quickly across the country, the team is looking for someone to shape and lead how the brand is represented across digital channels.

Role Overview

This position combines creative leadership, content production, and social media growth. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the content that appears across the brand’s social platforms, while also remaining directly involved in creating material that boosts engagement and strengthens the community.

You will help define the brand’s visual identity and work closely with the in-house videographer and wider team to turn everyday moments such as matches, events, people, and atmosphere into compelling content that reflects the Vida Del Padel lifestyle. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only develops ideas, but also creates, tests, and improves them.

Creative Direction

  • Shape and develop the brand’s visual identity across social media channels.
  • Keep the tone, style, and overall brand presence consistent across all content.
  • Convert the sport, social, and cultural side of the brand into a unified creative output.

Social Strategy and Growth

  • Take ownership of Instagram and TikTok delivery and performance.
  • Build content pillars and campaign concepts.
  • Stay current with trends, content formats, and platform behaviour, and use that knowledge to increase engagement.
  • Experiment continuously, learn from results, and refine content for better growth.

Content Creation

  • Plan, produce, and publish engaging reels, posts, stories, and carousel content.
  • Collaborate with the videographer to brief, shape, and improve video output.
  • Edit short-form video content.
  • Create simple graphics and social media assets.

Community and Engagement

  • Handle comments, direct messages, and audience interactions.
  • Help grow an active and loyal community around the brand.
  • Identify and highlight user-generated content and community-led moments.

Performance and Reporting

  • Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Use performance insights to guide content decisions and wider strategy.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media, content, or brand-focused roles, along with a strong record of growing and managing social accounts. You should be a strong storyteller who can connect with audiences through text, visuals, and audio, and you should have a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics.

Hands-on experience making and editing content, especially short-form video, is essential. A strong understanding of what drives engagement on Instagram and TikTok is also important, along with a genuine interest in social media, trends, and how audiences behave online.

You should be comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and work in a proactive, ideas-driven, execution-focused way.

Bonus Experience

  • Interest in lifestyle brands.
  • Background in community-led brands.

Salary and Growth

The salary for this role is £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.

You will play an important part in shaping the brand’s public presence as it grows from 6 to 20+ venues over the next 9 months. The company is also expanding into clothing and accessories, with international growth planned, creating a clear route into a leadership position as the team develops.
