Role Summary
The Social Media Content Creation Intern will help drive Nerveli’s marketing presence by planning, producing, and sharing engaging content across social channels. This role involves writing social copy, creating or gathering visual materials, maintaining the content schedule, and tracking simple performance indicators such as reach and engagement. The intern will work closely with the marketing and product teams to make sure content matches the brand voice, connects with the target audience, and accurately represents Nerveli’s pain-management offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and refine social media posts for different platforms.
- Create or source images, graphics, and other visual content for campaigns.
- Support the upkeep of a social content calendar and posting schedule.
- Review basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and content performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and product stakeholders to keep messaging aligned.
- Contribute to community interaction, trend research, and competitor monitoring.
- Assist with campaign planning and execution support when required.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring an interest in social media content creation and social media marketing, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts related to audience growth and brand visibility. Strong written and visual communication skills are important, as is the ability to adapt messaging and tone for different social platforms. Familiarity with major channels such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, plus basic tools like Canva or similar software, will be useful. Interest in health, wellness, or digital health products is preferred, and prior internship or project experience in social media would be an advantage. Being currently enrolled in, or having recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related area is beneficial. A genuine passion for design and digital content creation is also expected.
