It is a dynamic, ambitious team dedicated to rapidly advancing a globally recognized beauty brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media, Content & Community Coordinator to energize and manage our presence on social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Substack. This role encompasses content scheduling and publishing, community management, influencer coordination, user-generated content sourcing, support for photoshoots and campaigns, and activating social media initiatives to cultivate engaging and consistent brand channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and additional platforms aligned with the global marketing calendar.
• Support content calendar planning and write engaging captions consistent with brand voice.
• Monitor social media metrics to identify growth opportunities and stay informed on trends, updates, and viral content.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to create and distribute paid advertisements.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries while fostering authentic audience relationships.
• Manage issues requiring escalation to customer service and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Coordinate product sample distribution to creators and campaigns, gather and organize user-generated content, and maintain digital content archives.
• Assist with content strategy, campaign execution, and facilitate photoshoot preparations including product logistics and shot lists.
• Identify and build relationships with creators, overseeing influencer gifting from initiation through completion, tracking partnerships and content outcomes, and maintaining influencer databases.
• Support brand initiatives such as product launches, event coordination, activations, and public relations efforts.
• Stay abreast of competitor actions and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and marketing, highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where they can see the impact of their efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between two and three years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing roles.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools.
• An eye for visual consistency and aesthetic quality.
• Comfortable interacting with influencers and creators effectively.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven and takes initiative without needing direction.
• Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Additional Desired Skills

• Knowledge of short-form video content production.
• Basic skills in photography or videography.
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms.
• Use of influencer marketing platforms like GRIN or Aspire.

Work Environment & Culture

This position involves onsite work in Albert Park, Victoria, Australia, with opportunities for occasional travel to support photoshoots, events, and retailer or brand activations.
