Role overview
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a creative and organised Social Media Content Assistant to join the social and influencer function. The role is suited to someone beginning a career in digital marketing and will involve helping with content scheduling, campaign planning, briefing support, and performance review. The position reports to the Studio Manager.
Please note that the role requires presence across Big Sky Studios London and George HQ Lutterworth, five days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and publish social media content across multiple channels in line with campaign calendars and reactive schedules.
- Assist with content brainstorming, ad hoc briefs, and monthly planning documents.
- Work with analytics tools to assess campaign performance and share improvement ideas or positive outcomes with the social media manager.
- Stay actively engaged with social platforms and keep up with current trends and content styles.
- Compile campaign reports and summaries.
- Occasionally appear in, or support, studio content shoots alongside the content creation team.
Skills and experience
- Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Comfort using scheduling and planning software.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Previous exposure to marketing or social media in fashion or home-related brands is an advantage.
