Job description

Role Summary

The Production Factory is seeking a lively Social Media Content Creator to join its team on a permanent full-time basis. The role suits someone deeply familiar with TikTok and Instagram, able to identify emerging trends, and comfortable producing engaging vertical video and still content.

About the Company

The Production Factory is a worldwide production agency delivering stills and film projects. The business creates premium visual work for fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, and culture-led brands, creatives, and agencies that want fresh, forward-looking output.

Its team manages the entire production process, from early concept development through to final delivery, combining careful planning, skilled production, and advanced post-production. Whether working on set or in post, the company aims to produce imagery and film that feels refined, intentional, and effective across print, digital, social, and broadcast channels.

By bringing production and post-production together, the agency keeps creative direction consistent and technical standards high while maintaining a collaborative workflow. It works closely with photographers, directors, stylists, and creative teams to support ambitious ideas and deliver strong results at every stage.

The company operates from offices in London, New York, Miami, Mallorca, and Manchester, giving it a global reach and access to the cultural centres that shape modern brands.

Role Overview

This position reports to the Studio Manager. It is a five-day-per-week, on-site role split across Big Sky Studios London and George HQ in Lutterworth, with the possibility of overseas travel.

What You’ll Do

You will create short-form social content, work closely with the social team, and help deliver a steady stream of campaign-ready and reactive assets. The job involves balancing planned content requests with quick-turnaround assignments while keeping output aligned to brand standards and audience engagement goals.

Additional Information

The role includes a dotted reporting line to both the George Social Media Manager and the Studio Manager. Strong workload management, clear communication, and the ability to set expectations are important because the team will rely on this support for a high volume of requests.

Equal Opportunities

The Production Factory states that it is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to fair treatment for all current and prospective employees. Discrimination is not tolerated on the basis of age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, or marriage and civil partnership.

The company also encourages applications from qualified candidates from a broad range of backgrounds in support of a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
