Job description
Role Overview
This is a remote, full-time opportunity in the United States for a Social Media & Community Manager. The role is being handled for a partner employer, and that partner oversees the application review and all further hiring steps.
You will help define how an innovative AI company presents itself publicly and how it builds an active community of enterprise decision-makers. The position sits at the center of content planning, social channel execution, community building, and brand expansion. It calls for someone who can turn technical and long-form material into compelling campaigns, strengthen awareness, and support demand-generation objectives. The environment is fast-moving and suited to a marketer who enjoys combining creativity, strategy, and experimentation to drive measurable impact.
What You Will Do
- Plan and run social media programs that improve visibility, encourage engagement, and expand the brand’s audience and community.
- Maintain a steady content schedule across social platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Convert in-depth content into fresh formats such as short-form video, carousels, email newsletters, and social posts to increase reach.
- Experiment with content styles, distribution methods, and campaign ideas, then review results and refine the approach based on performance data.
- Develop and nurture a private professional community through meaningful conversations, curated resources, live sessions, and thought leadership activities.
- Build connections with enterprise leaders, industry voices, and other important stakeholders to deepen engagement and support business goals.
- Work alongside Marketing, Product, Sales, Design, and leadership teams to ensure community efforts align with broader marketing and pipeline priorities.
- Assist with virtual and in-person events, webinars, roundtables, and learning programs, while monitoring engagement and business outcomes.
What They’re Looking For
- About 5 or more years of experience in B2B technology marketing, social media, community management, or a closely related field.
- Experience in the AI sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and narrative skills, with the ability to adapt tone for both business and technical material.
- Demonstrated ability to reshape long-form material into engaging social assets that perform well.
- Solid understanding of social trends, platform strategy, and audience engagement across channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and similar digital platforms.
- Comfort working with enterprise audiences and building relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Analytical approach with hands-on experience measuring campaign results and improving content through testing.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-changing setting.
- A portfolio showing content creation, social campaign work, or community-building examples is a strong advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay will be competitive and adjusted for location, experience, and qualifications.
- There may be eligibility for performance-linked variable pay.
- Equity participation may be available for qualifying employees.
- A comprehensive employee benefits package is included.
- The role offers fully remote work within the United States.
- You will have the chance to work at the cutting edge of enterprise AI innovation.
- The company offers a collaborative, high-growth environment with strong ownership and career development potential.
Application and Data Notice
The hiring process uses an AI-assisted matching workflow to evaluate applications quickly and consistently against the main requirements of the role. Applications that fit best are shared with the hiring company, and that company handles interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions.
By applying, you agree that your personal data may be used to assess your candidacy and shared with the employer as needed for recruitment purposes. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.
AI tools may also support parts of the recruitment process, including resume review, application analysis, and identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools assist the hiring team but do not replace human judgment, and final decisions are made by people.
