Join The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Social Media and Event Activator, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience spanning their entire journey with us, from initial social media interaction to on-site event participation.

Key Responsibilities

Use your expertise in the local market and influencer landscape to engage with our audience on social media platforms, elevate brand recognition, expand our digital reach, and increase guest interaction. When not managing online buzz, you will serve as the principal contact for guests coordinating events within the hotel, ensuring smooth execution and a seamless experience. Your creative content, active online dialogues, relevant collaborations, and impeccably managed events will enhance guest engagement both digitally and onsite.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This role requires mobility, including extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, alongside physical tasks such as lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds without assistance. Adhering strictly to company policies, quality standards, professional appearance, and workplace safety is essential for success.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, complemented by at least one year of relevant work experience. Preferred skills include copywriting, journalism, photo and copy editing. Familiarity with lifestyle and travel sectors is advantageous. A strong grasp of marketing strategies, emerging technologies, and social media best practices is important. This position does not require supervisory experience or specific certifications.
