Role Summary

The Kids Club Attendant at Raffles Doha is entrusted with ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children guests. This position entails supervising child activities, organizing age-suitable entertainment and educational programs, maintaining the Kids Club's cleanliness and safety, and fostering memorable moments for families while exemplifying the hotel's luxury service standards.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome children and their families, creating a pleasant initial impression
• Constantly oversee children's safety and security
• Design and lead engaging games, crafts, educational activities, and recreational events appropriate for varying ages
• Ensure that all activities are inclusive and meet luxury service expectations
• Attend promptly to children's well-being and needs
• Keep Kids Club and play areas clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and child protection protocols
• Communicate clearly with parents about schedules, activities, and any concerns
• Prepare materials and assist in planning themed and seasonal events
• Manage inventory of toys, games, and supplies
• Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues appropriately
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure accurate registration, attendance tracking, and documentation of children’s participation
• Provide exceptional service geared towards creating unforgettable experiences
• Support Kids Club and hotel promotional and special events

Candidate Profile

• Preferably experienced in childcare, early education, hospitality, or recreational settings
• Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Hospitality, or related disciplines is advantageous
• Passionate about working with children across different age groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable demeanor
• Adept at designing and facilitating creative, engaging activities
• Knowledgeable in child safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards
• First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial
• Calm and capable during emergency situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
• Physically able to actively engage in children’s activities
