Role Summary

We are seeking a Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist for a part-time independent contractor position, working approximately 10-15 hours weekly. This fully remote role offers a starting rate of $25 per hour, with an immediate start date preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and generate engaging content for Botanist's Instagram and TikTok profiles.
Create and design marketing email templates using tools such as Figma and Canva.
Utilize Canva and Google AI tools to refine and recreate existing artwork and photography assets.
Oversee daily community interactions by responding to direct messages and comments within 24 hours on weekdays, as well as actively engaging with relevant content creators.

Required Qualifications

Must be located within the United States.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating mobile-first video and static content, skilled with editing tools like CapCut, Figma, or equivalents, and experience interpreting social platform analytics.
Between two to four years of professional background managing social media accounts or email marketing, ideally within the beauty or supplement industries.
Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
Strong copywriting capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience using email marketing platforms and designing emails.
Familiarity with Google Nano Banana and text-to-image generation technologies.
