  • Manage audience segmentation, list organization, testing, and quality assurance of emails; support developing automated flows and customer journeys.
  • Analyze metrics such as open and click rates, conversions, unsubscribes, and list growth to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable campaigns with clear objectives, audience targeting, messaging, calls to action, and asset requests; collaborate closely with internal creative teams.
  • Maintain campaign schedules, approval workflows, content delivery, and foresee potential delays to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor social media and email analytics, providing transparent insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and running email campaigns, newsletters, promotions, nurture sequences, and automation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities; capability to craft diverse brand voices adapted to various industries and audiences.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling techniques, hooks, calls to action, campaign messaging, and audience engagement behaviors.
  • Competence in maintaining content calendars, critically evaluating trends to align content with brand values.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and performance data to refine marketing strategies and work quality.
  • Good visual judgment with skill to provide clear creative direction and collaborate effectively with designers, photographers, videographers, and developers.
  • Strong organizational aptitude managing multiple deadlines, accounts, and approval processes.
  • Confident client communication skills and openness to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
