About The Role

As our company expands into new regions and sectors, we are looking for an innovative and driven Social Media & Content Specialist to enhance our online presence and bring our brand narrative to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across various platforms.
• Organize and maintain an active content calendar to ensure regular publication of engaging content.
• Create persuasive copy that aligns with our brand tone and connects with diverse audiences.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to discover genuine stories highlighting our people, projects, and culture.
• Produce compelling content through photography, short videos, and graphic design.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, employer branding efforts, and internal communications.
• Analyze engagement and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Establish strong internal partnerships and be recognized as the primary contact for quality content opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and creating captivating content for multiple platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in planning and supervising social media content calendars.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Basic skills in photography and videography, comfortable capturing content on location as needed.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships throughout the organization.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement.
