About the Role
We are actively seeking driven and knowledgeable individuals to strengthen our Commercial Insurance team focused on SME Non-Motor insurance solutions. This position, part of PB Partners under the Policybazaar Group, promises a career with growth opportunities in a dynamic setting dedicated to the general insurance sector.
Key Duties
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance client base, specifically for Non-Motor insurance products.
- Secure new business by engaging directly with clients, brokers, and corporate accounts.
- Manage various insurance lines including Fire, Marine, Liability, and Property insurance among other non-motor products.
- Build and sustain enduring relationships with clients, maximizing client retention and renewals.
- Adhere strictly to both company policies and industry regulatory requirements to maintain compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months experience handling Commercial or Non-Motor insurance portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of SME and commercial line insurance products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to nurture client relationships.
- Must have prior experience within the General Insurance (GI) industry.
Additional Information
The compensation package includes a fixed salary up to INR 1,000,000 annually, supplemented by attractive performance-based incentives.
