About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and skilled professionals to join PB Partners, a part of the Policybazaar Group, within their SME Commercial Insurance (Non-Motor) division. This role offers a fixed annual salary up to 1,000,000 INR plus enticing incentives. Candidates ideally come from the General Insurance sector and are passionate about building a career in commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the SME commercial insurance portfolio focusing on non-motor insurance products.
- Drive business growth via various channels including direct sales, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Manage key non-motor insurance products such as fire, marine, liability, property, and others.
- Maintain durable relationships with clients to ensure continued renewals of policies.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies and regulatory requirements across all operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in commercial or non-motor insurance roles.
- Solid expertise in SME and commercial lines insurance products.
- Proficient communication and client relationship skills.
- Prior experience must be within the General Insurance domain.
- Graduation is not mandatory for applicants.
