About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and skilled professionals to join our Commercial Insurance SME Channel focusing on Non-Motor Insurance. This role is part of PB Partners under the Policybazaar Group, and is ideal for candidates with experience in General Insurance, particularly Non-Motor SME products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio specializing in Non-Motor segments.
- Drive business growth through multiple channels including direct sales, brokerage networks, and corporate client engagement.
- Manage various non-motor insurance products such as Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, among others.
- Foster and maintain enduring relationships with clients to ensure consistent policy renewals.
- Adhere to internal policies as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME and Commercial Line insurance products.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management capabilities.
- Background in the General Insurance sector is mandatory.
Compensation
This position offers a fixed annual salary up to 1,000,000 INR, coupled with attractive incentive schemes.
