SME Channel Commercial Insurance Specialist - Non Motor

About the Role

We are actively recruiting for an experienced and driven professional to join the SME Channel team focused on Commercial Insurance products in the Non-Motor segment. This position is with PB Partners, a part of the Policybazaar Group. It offers an annual fixed compensation package up to 1,000,000 INR along with performance-based incentives. Ideal candidates will have a background in the General Insurance industry and seek opportunities for career growth within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of SME Commercial Insurance clients specifically within the Non-Motor category.
• Develop new business by engaging with direct customers, intermediaries such as brokers, and corporate accounts.
• Manage a range of products including Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other related non-motor insurance services.
• Foster and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring timely renewals and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory compliance standards throughout operations.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance sales or portfolio management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME and Commercial Line insurance products.
• Exceptional communication abilities and strong client relationship management skills.
• Prior experience must be within the General Insurance sector.
