About the Role
We are recruiting for the SME Channel within Commercial Insurance focusing on Non-Motor Insurance products. This opportunity is with PB Partners, a part of the Policybazaar Group, an insurance brokerage company. We seek passionate, experienced individuals aiming to advance in a growth-oriented organization specializing in non-motor commercial insurance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio focused on Non-Motor insurance offerings.
- Drive business growth through direct sales, broker partnerships, and corporate clientele.
- Handle diverse non-motor insurance products including Fire, Marine, Liability, and Property insurance.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to ensure timely renewals.
- Comply with company policies as well as regulatory requirements in all activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of professional experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of SME and Commercial Line insurance products.
- Excellent communication capabilities coupled with relationship management skills.
- Background in the General Insurance (GI) industry is essential.
Additional Information
The compensation package includes a fixed salary of up to 1,000,000 INR annually with appealing incentives to reward performance.
