About the Role
As a member of TikTok's SMB team in Dublin, you will work with small and medium-sized businesses across Italy to empower them to unleash creativity, connect with audiences, and expand their business through TikTok's marketing platform. The role centers on designing and implementing scalable sales and service strategies while equipping clients with the right tools and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by leading strategic discussions with SMB clients and agencies, combining internal and external insights to create effective sales propositions tailored for broad application.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of TikTok’s products, processes, and tools to support your portfolio, including managing client escalations and addressing challenges effectively.
- Partner closely with SMB clients to optimize campaign performance and identify scalable solutions that align with their business goals.
- Embrace a growth-oriented mindset by learning continuously, adapting to challenges, and viewing uncertainty as an opportunity for success.
- Work collaboratively by supporting team members, sharing knowledge, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably with exposure to digital advertising or marketing sectors.
- A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and familiarity with the SMB market landscape is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for TikTok marketing and eagerness to contribute to building something from the ground up.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or surpassing sales targets managing a significant client portfolio.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities underpinned by an entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Italian, required for direct interaction with clients in the Italian market.
- Preferred: Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, fast-paced international settings with a passion for impactful work.
