Role Overview
We seek a proactive and commercially skilled Small Business Specialist to become part of our Sunnybank Hills team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for small business, identifying business clientele early and aligning them with solutions that promote their growth.
- Develop and maintain solid knowledge of a wide range of products and procedures, including mobile, broadband, fixed-line services, credit, and activation, then disseminate this knowledge within the team.
- Conduct confident and consultative client engagements by understanding business customer needs and offering customized solutions that ease operational challenges.
- Coach and support teammates to recognize opportunities, propose fitting solutions, and enhance the small business customer experience throughout the store.
- Remain informed about updates in small business services, promotional offers, and market trends, sharing insights via daily meetings, coaching, and updates.
- Handle business inquiries professionally and calmly, employing strong problem-solving abilities while ensuring operational excellence through compliance and merchandising management.
