Role Overview

We invite an enthusiastic and commercially-driven Small Business Specialist to enhance our Beenleigh team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-store expert for small business clients, proactively identifying their needs and connecting them with solutions that facilitate growth.
  • Develop and sustain extensive knowledge across products and procedures including mobile, broadband, fixed services, credit, and activations, while mentoring team members.
  • Engage confidently in consultative discussions, understanding business clients’ challenges to offer customized solutions.
  • Guide and support colleagues to recognize prospects, propose appropriate solutions, and enhance the overall small business customer experience within the store.
  • Keep abreast of small business trends, promotions, and market developments; communicate insights regularly through briefings and coaching.
  • Handle business inquiries professionally with strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring compliance and efficient store operations.

Candidate Profile

  • A business-aware perspective with an aptitude for understanding and fulfilling small business customers’ requirements.
  • Consultative communication skills that involve attentive questioning, active listening, and delivering precise, business-aligned advice.
  • Keen interest in mastering mobile, broadband, fixed-line services, and small business customer care domains.
  • Collaborative mentoring approach, facilitating knowledge sharing and collective store proficiency in identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage complex business queries with empathy, professional poise, sound judgement, and a solution-oriented mindset.
