Role Summary
This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant position at Tower Junction in Christchurch focuses on delivering a standout in-store experience, supporting sales performance, and helping keep store operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service while showcasing premium products in store.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
- Handle substantial stock volumes efficiently.
- Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning duties.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, can-do approach when engaging with customers.
