Role Overview

The Site Supervisor for Andhra and Telangana will manage and oversee daily construction and infrastructure activities across allocated project sites, with the primary base in Vijayawada. This full-time, hybrid position requires coordination among contractors, laborers, and project managers, combined with planning and reporting responsibilities that can be performed remotely from home. Key duties include supervising work progress, confirming compliance with design specifications, implementing safety protocols, managing materials and resources, and keeping thorough site records.

Responsibilities

• Track and supervise daily on-site construction operations and infrastructure works.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, technical specs, and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate activities of laborers, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Oversee site material control and proper allocation of resources.
• Maintain and update site reports, documentation, and logs accurately.
• Inspect workmanship quality and promptly resolve on-site challenges.
• Support scheduling functions and communicate project updates, risks, and needs with senior management.
• Travel between project locations within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising construction or infrastructure sites, including labor coordination and daily site operations.
• Familiarity with site planning, project scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regional standards applicable to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
• Strong commitment to safety compliance and quality control aligned with drawings and regulatory standards.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive site documentation and use basic digital tools like email, spreadsheets, and project logs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, coworkers, and workforce.
• Willingness and capability to commute as necessary for site visits and adaptation to a hybrid work setup based in Vijayawada.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related qualifications preferred; significant relevant site supervision experience may substitute for formal education.
• Previous exposure to infrastructure or construction projects in the Andhra Pradesh or Telangana regions is an asset.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and teamwork in diverse, collaborative environments.
