Overview

Windsor Academy Trust is hiring a Site Operative for the Estates Team at Windsor Olympus Academy in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time position with 37 working hours per week and an immediate start.

Role and School Context

Windsor Olympus Academy (Olympus) is a free school in Sandwell that opened in September 2023. It initially admitted 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham and currently serves students aged 11 to 16. The school began with Year 7 only and, from September 2025, includes Years 7, 8 and 9. Over the coming years, it is expected to expand to a total of 900 students after five years.

Pay and Grade

The post is graded at Grade 4, Points 12 to 16, with a salary range of £28,598 to £30,518.
