Site Manager - Luxury Furniture

Job Overview

This role involves managing luxury furniture installation projects on-site in Dubai from inception through to successful handover. The Site Manager facilitates collaboration among project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution while strictly adhering to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Key Duties

• Supervise luxury furniture installation activities at the site from start to completion.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders including project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure all installation work complies precisely with technical drawings, specifications, quality benchmarks, and agreed timelines.
• Monitor ongoing site activities, resolve technical challenges, and uphold all health and safety protocols.
• Generate site progress reports and manage logistics such as material deliveries and workforce allocation.
• Perform final inspections to confirm successful and satisfactory project handover.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant technical discipline.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years experience in site management or supervision roles, particularly within luxury furniture, fit-out, joinery, or interior projects.
• Demonstrates strong technical expertise in furniture installation, joinery, and interior finishing operations.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and adept at managing multiple site operations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Having a valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
