Role overview
The Site Facilities Technician will support day-to-day site operations by handling waste movement, materials handling, basic facility tasks, and coordination with facilities contractors. The role contributes to keeping the site safe, organised, and functioning smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate site waste activities, including positioning waste bins, moving timber waste, and assisting with steel recycling processes.
- Help with loading and unloading materials, containers, and consumables needed for site operations.
- Deliver materials and consumables to the correct work areas as required.
- Support the installation of tooling, carry out general building maintenance, and help with basic facilities upkeep.
- Work alongside Facility Management contractors and provide practical support to help maintain efficient site operations.
Candidate profile
A trade background would be an advantage, and having a forklift licence is preferred.
