Role Overview

As a Site Engagement Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with clinical trial sites to enhance engagement and support the progression of groundbreaking treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain robust connections with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research personnel at clinical trial sites.
• Guide and support site staff regarding study protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and smooth trial execution.
• Identify and implement strategies to boost site engagement and improve site performance through consistent communication and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and execute tailored site engagement strategies for different studies and sites.
• Track site performance metrics and provide regular reports to study teams detailing engagement activities and results.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a closely related discipline.
• Preferably have prior experience in clinical research, site management, or associated sectors.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of fostering effective working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and problem-solving aptitude, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Understand ICH-GCP guidelines alongside regulatory mandates applicable to clinical trials.
• Available to travel approximately 60% as part of role requirements.
